The
Warranty on the Notebooks is Two years Onsite/Return to Base warranty (1 year on the Battery)
within New Zealand and Australia *. The notebooks are backed up by Intel and
B L MicroTek Support Team.
This also includes Free Courier (if the notebook is outside the Horowhenua Region) to go
onsite and box up the faulty notebook and return it back to B L MicroTek Ltd or an appointed
authorised repair facility to be repaired. Once this has been completed it will then be
returned to the user free of charge. Software and Data is not covered under this warranty,
Only Hardware.This is also backed up with B L MicroTek’s Own 24 Hour On-line service request form and also being able to contact us directly on our Land line or mobiles if a problem ever occurred. B L MicroTek Ltd is locally owned and operated. All Operating system software (Microsoft XP Pro or Home) will be fully updated including any other applications installed and updated at the time of purchase. All notebooks will be Burnt in for 48 hours (hardware tested) to make sure that everything is working 100%. The delivery of the notebooks and Rubbish removal will also done free of charge with in the Horowhenua Region. Other Regions will incur a courier charge for delivery. * Note: If there is a hardware fault with the notebook while visiting Australia and repair is required, the cost of the International Shipment back to New Zealand (if you have already returned to New Zealand or vice versa) will be at the customers expense, otherwise free Onsite courier pickup with in Australia and New Zealand remains the same. |
